Features

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Built like the paper planner you always meant to keep, with the bits paper can't do.

The whole month at a glance

Every habit on its own row, every day in its own square. Weekends shaded, today highlighted, two days of the next and previous month for context.

The planner in light mode showing October

OK, NOT OK, or a note

One tap opens the day. Mark it, write a note, or type a number like 5.2 km and it shows right in the square.

The day popup with OK, NOT OK, SAVE and the counter buttons

Counters that keep score for you

Smoke free? Sugar free? Start a counter and every day fills in by itself: 1, 2, 3… It stops the moment you mark OK or NOT OK, and you can restart any time.

  • ✓ Count in days, or in weeks shown on Sundays
  • ✓ Carry on an old streak: start from 87, not 1
  • ✓ Your own numbers always win over the count
Three counters: Smoke free counting from 120 to 150, Sugar free in weeks, and a counter that stopped at 14 and restarted

Plan once, it repeats

Training on Mon, Wed and Sat. Water the plants every 3 days. Pick a colour and the planned days fill in, month after month.

Moon phases and bank holidays

New, first quarter, full and last quarter moons sit above the days. England and Wales bank holidays turn the bar red and are listed below.

Light, dark, your call

Follows your phone or computer, or flip it with one tap. Paint colours get softer twins in dark mode so nothing glares.

Reminders

Remind me at 18:00.
Done.

Open any day, pick a time and choose where the reminder goes. A small bell shows on every day it covers, so you can see your reminders right on the grid.

  • ✓Just this day, or every planned day: it follows your repeat rule, month after month.
  • ✓Already marked OK or NOT OK? Then there's nothing to remind you about, so it's skipped.
  • ✓Sent at your own local time, with summer and winter time handled for you.
  • ✓The message has the habit, the time and your note for that day.

How it works

Three steps. Then just tick.

  1. 01

    Add your habits

Training, reading, cold showers, anything. Group them with a line, rename or hide them from any month onward.

  2. 02

    Mark each day

Tap a square: OK, NOT OK, a note or a number. Planned days show in colour so you know what's due.

  3. 03

    Watch the month fill up

Streaks count themselves, habits carry into next month, and the whole thing prints on one A4 page.

Print your month

Print it. Pin it.
Tick it with a pen.

One click opens a print page sized exactly to A4 landscape. Crisp lines that real printers can print, no wasted margins, your tasks and bank holidays at the bottom.

  • Your own habits and rows, not a generic template
  • Print a fresh sheet every month, as many times as you like
  • Included in your 30-day free trial

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need to confirm my email?

No. Sign up with an email and a password, or with Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Telegram and more, and you're straight into your planner.

How do reminders work?

Open a day, choose Remind me at, pick a time and tick where it should go. On a habit with a repeat rule you can choose just this day or every planned day. If the day is already marked OK or NOT OK, the reminder is skipped.

Where can reminders go?

Telegram, push notifications on your phone or computer, email, the ntfy app, or a Discord, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Mattermost or Rocket.Chat channel. Use one or several.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. It runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. On a phone the grid opens scrolled to today.

How do counters work?

Open a day and press Count days or Count weeks. Numbers fill in up to today and stop at the first OK or NOT OK. Type a number first, like 87, to carry on an old streak.

What happens at the end of the month?

Your habits, their order and their repeat rules carry into the next month. The tasks at the bottom are per month.

Can I print it?

Yes. The Print button opens a page made for A4 landscape. It always prints in light colours, even if you use dark mode.

How much does it cost?

The first 30 days are free with everything included, and no card is needed. After that it's £2.99 a month or £24.99 a year. If you don't pick a plan, you keep the month your free time ended in.

Who can see my planner?

Only you. Every planner belongs to one account and is only shown after you log in.
