Questions about paying.
Do I need a card for the free month?
No. Make an account and everything works for 30 days. You only enter a card if you choose a plan.
What happens when the free month ends?
You keep your planner and everything in it. You can still use the month your free month ended in. To move on to other months, choose monthly or yearly.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open Plan and billing on your Account page and press Manage billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Is VAT included?
Yes, the prices you see include VAT.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, on the billing page. Stripe works out the difference for you.
